Hi, I’m Pei Qi.

I am a physiotherapist with a strong focus on musculoskeletal rehabilitation and helping people return to movement with confidence for sports or daily life.

My approach to physiotherapy is thorough and intentional. I place a strong emphasis on detailed assessments and understanding how an injury fits into the bigger picture of someone’s movement, lifestyle, and goals.

My interest in rehab began early on as a former Team Singapore gymnast. Working closely with physiotherapists and sports doctors during my competitive years gave me first-hand insight into how gradual, well-planned progress can make a meaningful difference in recovery and confidence. That experience continues to shape how I work with patients today.

In the clinic, I enjoy managing acute and sport-related injuries, with particular interest in knee and ankle conditions. I have worked with a wide range of individuals. This includes people who sustained sprains, strains from daily activities to gym-goers and high-level athletes. Clear education is an important part of my sessions, and I aim to help patients understand what is happening in their body and why certain exercises matter. I strive to design tailored rehabilitation plans that are challenging yet achievable.

Every day is different, and some days are better than others, but no matter how challenging the day, I get up and live it

Outside of the clinic, I stay active through bouldering, strength training, and ultimate frisbee. I have been gymming since 2016 and strongly believe resistance training plays a key role in long-term health, resilience, and ageing well.

When I am not moving, you will likely find me gaming or spending time with family and friends. My ideal weekend includes a slow morning, a good workout, and an evening spent unwinding with friends.
