No problem! Let us know at least 48 hours before your appointment to avoid a late cancellation fee.

Many insurance plans cover physiotherapy but it would be advisable to check with your insurance agent / company about this.
Sports massage is usually not claimable unless it is part of a prescribed rehab plan.
We do not do direct billing, however, we issue invoices after the session for you to put in your insurance claims.

Wear something comfortable to move in. For lower body conditions, please wear shorts and sport shoes.

If you have seen a doctor, bring along your referral letter and any scans or report. Plan to arrive about 10 minutes prior to your appointment time for registration.
During the session, our physiotherapists will ask you questions to find out more about you, the activities you do, your pain/ injury and how it affects your daily function and your goals and expectations. They will then do a physical assessment to understand your current function. They will then share these findings with you and develop your individualized management plan. The session will end with them providing you with advice and some home exercises to do before your next session.

Physiotherapists are first-contact practitioners, you are not required to have a doctor’s referral.
