Hi, I'm Glen.

I enjoy working with active individuals who want to get back to activities that give them meaning. Some are returning to sport after an injury, while others simply want to become stronger, build muscle, improve their performance, or stay active for the long term. Over the years, I have worked with people from all walks of life, including athletes from a range of sporting backgrounds, particularly football and martial arts. I am known for successfully helping  them return to their sport stronger than before.

As a footballer and combat sport athlete myself, I understand the physical and mental demands that training, competition, and injury can place on a person. That is why I believe successful coaching starts with listening. Every person has different goals, experiences, and pain points, so every programme should be tailored to the individual rather than following a one-size-fits-all approach.

My coaching combines evidence-informed practice, objective performance data, and strong interpersonal relationships to guide progress. I focus on helping people build strength, confidence, and resilience through consistent, sustainable training. I do not believe in chasing perfection but in small improvements made consistently which lead to meaningful long-term results.

Patients often describe me as supportive, calm and patient. My patients also appreciate that I am able to push them incrementally every session and help them feel confident in their abilities which is something I strive to create. There is nothing more rewarding than seeing someone return from injury stronger than before or achieve something they once thought was not possible.

The impediment to action advances action. What stands in the way becomes the way.
— Marcus Aurelius

To me, setbacks are not the end of the journey. They are an opportunity to learn, adapt, and come back stronger. That is a mindset I bring to every training session and one I hope to help my patients develop as well.
